There is no doubt that over the past 8 months Tim has helped me become physically stronger and feel overall healthier. Since 2007 I have been working towards my black belt in Tae Kwon Do. This was a challenge that I thought may be impossible for me. As I have progressed I realized that I would benefit from additional strength training, balance work, and core stability. As my black belt test quickly approaches in October, Tim has taken my concerns regarding the demands of this test and helped coordinate appropriate work-out regimens. Even after the black belt test I plan to maintain theses weekly sessions in order to preserve the progress I feel I have made. This progress could not have been accomplished without the guidance, understanding, knowledge and genuine concern I received from working with Tim. |
| | Ned Archer My name is Ned Archer, I'm fourteen years old, and I've been working with Timothy Bridgers for over a year now. I started working with Tim so I could get ahead of the competition I face while playing basketball. In the beginning Tim asked me what goals I had for myself. In the time I've worked with Tim I have reached my goals and also set new goals that I did not think possible before meeting Tim. Thanks to Body Sculpt Training I have filled in over 20 pounds and am noticeably faster, stronger, quicker, and more agile than I was. Tim always has something new planned when I come into the studio, and he always adjusts to the different people he trains with well. I owe a lot of thanks to Tim and look forward to continue working with him. |
| Tim Williams, ATS, CRTS President, Carolina Medical Specialties I am currently a client of Tim’s and I have been working with him for approximately three months. Tim has taken the time to understand my goals and match them to my abilities. I look forward to each week in anticipation of my work out. I had hip surgery a year and a half ago. While I experienced a rapid recovery I knew that I could not follow the same exercise routine that I had for many years due to my impact limitations. When I explained my situation to Tim, he quickly came up with a series of different exercises to address my cardio, toning, strengthening and desired weight loss issues. In three short months I have seen good results. Frankly, I began to feel results the week after I started working with Tim. He has a very good ability to keep me on task by challenging my sense of competition and ensuring that I am capable of pushing my limits. Tim also “practices what he preaches” by setting a high standard of fitness for himself with obvious results in his appearance and his overall health. Besides all of the information mentioned above, Tim is an excellent communicator. He has shown interest in his approach to my requests and his demeanor allows for comfort and confidence. I find that to be very important in getting started. Tim was recommended to me by a close friend and that was the first thing my friend mentioned to me. Simply put, Tim is a good person, with a very professional approach to his trade and his task at hand. He has a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology and how these two things relate to a particular person’s needs and goals. I’ve been involved in athletics for many years and in the short time I’ve known Tim he has shown me the correct way to obtain my personal goals; correct being the operative word. It’s never too late to learn especially when benefits are obtained along the way. I highly recommend Tim to anyone ready to take their health and well being seriously. He will make it fun with definite results. What more could you ask for? |
