As we move forward in 2010 I want to challenge you to commit to changing your lifestyle by getting healthier and better educated on fitness and nutrition. My program incorporates the most up to date, most safe and effective ways to exercise along with an easy to understand nutritional lifestyle guideline. These nutritional guidelines have been around for years but are over taken by societies “diet” and not on the basics of staying lean and healthy without starving your body. I do not have to guarantee results because along with your commitment to this nutritional program and my workout routines, your body doesn’t have a choice but to change! Here is an outline of this program: -Health and Fitness Evaluation, looking at your medical history, nutritional habits, and your exercise history. Discussion on how to change and improve.
-Along with the program comes a nutritional guideline book that will help you answer many questions and guide you in picking foods, and making better decisions. Easy to read and enjoyable.
-The one hour workout sessions will consist of interval cardio training, low weight high repetition movements, and functional training to enhance core strength and fat burning.
-Post workout cardio by the client.
-Fitness evaluation once every two weeks.
